1. The client and satisfaction of his needs are the basic motivation of activity of our company. On its basis the uniform coordinated policy in relation to the client. All marketing of the company is directed on interaction and integration of the production and commercial activities of the company with needs of the client.
we consider requests of our clients, therefore we attend to the changes of needs and demands on the market, we offer the modern products, we consider all possible needs of the client, we continuously improve the products and the tools of the marketing;
we respect our clients, therefore we care about quality of the relationship between our employees and clients , we conduct a constructive dialogue with the client, we specify his requests and needs, we consider the remarks and the offers, we provide operative and professional consultation;
